Whilst we do our best to ensure that Oxford Pride is a friendly, inclusive event for all to enjoy, we realise that despite our best efforts, there is always a chance something may go wrong.If you would like to let us know of an issue where you think we didn't get things right, whether you felt an event we ran was not fully-inclusive, a committee member acted inappropriately, or anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Complaints should be submitted by email to the Secretary (or to the Chair in case of a complaint about the conduct of the Secretary), and include full details of the problem you experienced, with any supporting evidence you wish to provide. Complaints will be dealt with by the Directors and Trustees of Oxford Pride as quickly as possible. All complaints will be kept confidential, and at the end of the internal investigation, you will be informed of the outcome.
Complaints should be submitted as soon as possible, to give us the best chance of being able to properly investigate and correct the issue, to ensure the proper resolution, and that the issue does not arise again.
